If mornings feel more like a wrestling match with your alarm clock than a peaceful time for "alignment and intention," you're not alone - and you're not broken. Some of us just weren't born with the sunrise sparkle gene. (And that's okay.)
After my husband passed, mornings were the hardest part of the day. I'd wake up groggy, already overwhelmed, and instantly behind. Sound familiar?
But I learned something that changed everything:

Start with One Loving Habit
Forget the colour-coded planners and 90-minute miracle routines. What actually worked for me? One mini habit.
π A stretch in bed.
π A glass of water.
π One full breath before reaching for my phone.
That's it.
It wasn't glamorous, but it was doable. And slowly, those tiny actions added up to something powerful: a calmer start and a more grounded version of me.
