When I Bought Something Just For Me

The first time I bought myself something nice after Les died, I cried in the car. Not because of the item - but because I felt so torn. But here's what I've learned: spending on things that bring healing, peace, or joy.....is part of rebuilding.

3 Ways to Ease Money Guilt

  1. Check your story - Is this guilt yours, or someone else's voice?

  2. Reframe it - This is not "wasting money. It's choosing yourself.

  3. Try a joy budget - Even $10/week for something that lights you up.

Your Worth Is Not Tied to Saving Alone

You are allowed to have beautiful things again. You're allowed to book that trip. To upgrade your bed. To get the haircut. You're rebuilding your life, and yes - some of that costs money.

Spend with Heart, Not Fear
