There was a day, not that long ago, when I looked at myself in the mirror and thought, "Oh Rebecca.....you've been running on empty for way too long." I wasn't just tired - I was inflamed, foggy, emotionally drained, and physically sluggish. Grief had taken its toll on my heart, but also on my body.
You know that feeling when your jeans don't fit right, your energy's MIA, and you start Googling symptoms like "is this normal or is my body falling apart?" Yeah.... that was me.
